When you install Collection Tree, we are granted access to specific data on your Shopify store including:

• Store owner email address
• Collections and products
• Metafields related to collections
• Access tokens required for app functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your store data solely to provide the features of Collection Tree. This includes:

• Creating and managing nested collections
• Saving collection hierarchy and metadata
• Sorting and publishing collection trees to your storefront

We do not access or store any customer or order data.

3. Data Storage & Security

All sessions and access tokens are securely stored in a private MongoDB database hosted in a secure cloud environment. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties.

4. App Uninstallation

When the app is uninstalled, all session tokens and metadata associated with your store are automatically deleted from our system. Webhooks are used to ensure immediate and secure cleanup.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Collection Tree uses Shopify's native billing system to handle subscriptions. We do not process or store any credit card or payment details. Subscription data is tracked only to verify active plan status and access.
